4928 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing use of the 4928 platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein. Please read carefully before registering or making any transaction.

1 Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing the 4928 website or app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all related policies published on the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use 4928's services.
Use of this platform is restricted to individuals who:

4928 reserves the right to verify user eligibility at any time and to suspend access to any account that fails to meet the above conditions without prior notice.
2 Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted only one active account on the 4928 platform. Multiple registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any unclaimed balances or winnings. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
You are solely responsible for the security of your account username and password. 4928 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other unofficial channel. If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
Users are required to provide their full name, date of birth, a valid email address, and identity verification details upon request. Failure to provide accurate information may prevent account verification and the withdrawal of winnings.
Users are prohibited from using any automated software, bots, or other unauthorised methods to access or interact with the platform. Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities, manipulate game outcomes, or engage in fraudulent activity will result in immediate account closure.
3 Payments, Transactions & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 4928 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposits and withdrawals are made using legitimate payment methods in their own name.
Deposit Terms
- Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to limits set by the platform and may vary depending on the payment method and the user's VIP tier.
- 4928 reserves the right to decline or hold any deposit deemed suspicious or in breach of the platform's usage policies.
- Successfully credited deposits cannot be reversed once they have been used for betting or gameplay.
Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawals may only be processed to the same account or digital wallet used for the original deposit, subject to successful identity verification.
- Daily and weekly withdrawal limits are based on the account's VIP tier. Withdrawals exceeding these limits will be processed within the designated timeframe.
- Any suspicion of fraud or money laundering may result in withdrawal processing being suspended until an investigation is completed.
All bonuses and promotions offered by 4928 are subject to separate terms and wagering requirements. Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash unless the specified wagering requirements have been met in full. 4928 reserves the right to void any bonus where there is evidence of abuse or fraud.
Taxes & Fiscal ResponsibilitiesUsers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with any tax obligations relating to their winnings under applicable Malaysian law. 4928 bears no responsibility for any tax liabilities incurred by users.
4 Account Suspension & Closure Policy
4928 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user account at any time without prior notice if there is a breach of terms of use, suspicious activity, or any action that compromises the integrity of the platform.
- Failed identity verification or provision of false information;
- Multiple account registrations by the same individual;
- Use of unauthorised payment methods or methods not in your own name;
- Engaging in fraudulent activity, unauthorised collusion, or system exploitation;
- Breaching any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to fraud, any valid balance may be claimed through the review process established by the 4928 team. Users have 90 days from the date of closure to submit such a claim.
Accounts closed due to fraud or serious violations are not eligible for any balance refund. The platform's decision in such matters is final.
5 Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Platform Liability Limits
4928 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform, including service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical issues beyond the platform's control, or third-party actions. Services are provided on an "as-is" basis with no absolute guarantee of continuity.
In the event of a technical error affecting game outcomes or transactions, 4928 reserves the right to void or adjust the relevant results upon completion of an investigation. The platform's final decision shall be conclusive in such cases.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 4928 platform, including but not limited to logos, interface designs, text, graphics, software code, and brand names, is the exclusive property of 4928 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Any use, reproduction, or distribution of such content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Where the 4928 platform contains links or references to third-party websites or services, these are provided for informational convenience only. 4928 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Users access those links at their own risk.
6 Amendments & Governing Law
4928 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to users. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Continued use of the services after any amendment is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from the use of the 4928 platform should first be resolved through the platform's designated channels. If an internal resolution is not reached, the parties may refer to a mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution mechanism.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which will continue in full force and effect. 4928's failure to enforce any provision at a given time shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision in the future.
